If i wear a pair for 1 day, then i put these in, and it takes a couple of days, but it diminishes. not, if you wear the same pair every day, these dont really help that much just over night. but for the occasionally worn pair of stinky shoes they do help some. i received this at a deep discount or for free, in exchange for an honest review. But i honestly try and review each product i receive, i do not leave fake reviews like so many claim about the 'in exchange for reviews'.
