i wanted to like this, but sadly it gave me such a migraine every time i took it. it did boost energy slightly, but then i would feel like all the energy was sucked out...  it is worse then a crash for me, it is like a blood sugar drop, where you can barely lift an arm to move and feel like you are about to die. I know with these products, it is all personal thoguh, while it doesnt work for me, that is not to say it wont for you. i did receive this in exchange for an honest review.
