Another good quality essential oil.  You can use it in a diffuser, but i prefer putting a drop of Ginger in the palm of your hands and inhale to help alleviate when i am feeling nauseous. Or you can rub 1–2 drops on your stomach or bottom of feet to aid digestion. I received this in exchange for an honest review.
