Easy to swallow gel caps, a little large, but not bad. A must for expecting mommas, or even just any adult. Wish that it was a combo prenatal/dha. Sometimes there are some fishy aftertones, but not too bad if you take it at night. I received in exchange for an honest and unbiased review
