 This is a nifty thermometer. It reads really fast, has Celsius or Fahrenheit display, the probe rotates to make it easier to insert into food. It feels well made. I look forward to using this for a while! Great addition to kitchen! I did receive this in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. But i would still buy this!
